Prior to starting his own brokerage firm in 2007, Bob was a Partner at Inland Companies, Inc. for eight years.

With over 25 years of experience, Bob has sold more buildings of more than 100,000 square feet than any other broker in Wisconsin. A recent highlight of his career was the sale/leaseback of the 130,000 SF corporate headquarters of Midwest Airlines.

Bob has represented clients such as Johnson Controls, Garda Global, Hansen Storage Co., Vilter Manufacturing Company, Marcus Corporation, S.C. Johnson, The State of Wisconsin, Midwest Airlines, Quad Graphics, Costco, as well as Woolworth Realty Corp. and International Flavors and Fragrances. Prior to Inland Companies, Bob was a principal at Siegel-Gallagher from 1997 to 1999, a Senior Vice President of the James T. Barry Co. from 1989 to 1997 and a Vice President of the Polacheck Company (nka CBRE) from 1981 to 1989. Prior to working for The Polacheck Company (nka CBRE), Bob was a licensed Real Estate Broker in New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania while working at Williams Realty in Long Island, New York.
